Apple Pudding
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 1/2 cup grated Apple
1 cup Flour
1 tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup fresh Cranberries
1/4 cup chopped Pecans
1/4 cup Raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, cream butter, sugar and eggs together until fluffy. Stir in apples. In another bowl, sift together dry ingredients and then add to creamed mixture. Fold in cranberries, nuts and raisins. Spread pudding in greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Serve with vanilla, yogurt or cream.
